Lovingly created and held by Charmaine Newmark, The Nourished Naturopath, Michelle Berger from Luna Rythyms and Mary Howarth from Rebalance with Mary. A dynamic and powerful evening of holding, space creation and intentionally connecting with love, to our bodies.
Ample parking is available on Argyle street, Camden. The venue is up one flight of stairs and best suited for women over the age of 18. We welcome with open arms, any women, irrespective of how deep you are in to your healing journey. You may be a well seasoned meditator, or completely new to chakras and wholefoods, a zen warrior or a red hot mess. We welcome all of you! And will guide you through the whole experience.
There is nothing you need to bring, just an open mind, an open heart and wear something that feels beautiful and comfortable to sit on the floor in, and dance in.
